Totally gone. Just saw a black, lowered clown-shoe pull in next to a Testarossa at the dive bar near me that's closed up and for sale.

I has a sad.

(no sr20, was driving)

Who knows they might just be checking it out and decide not to go for it.

If you're serious about it don't give up hope.
A friend of mine bought and rehabbed a Bar only to be denied a Liquor license by the commission because of some criminal activities in his past.

This one, luckily, comes with the LL, hence its steep price tag. In Pa, we have a set number of LL's per county based on population, and by themselves they go for 130k-150k in my county (quite rural), and almost 500k in the cities. When there's one for sale, that is. All in all, the time probably isn't right for me to get into this, being a a senior in college (aka broke), though my dad seems to think I could make a go of it, and semi-wanted me to go for it.

All in due time.

Time matters.
We aren't much different out here. Except for a background check before giving the go on a license.

I will have a little hole in the wall within the next 10 years. I'll be 50 or so and maybe i'll be smart enough to run it by then.

I'm fairly certain you need a background check here too. And yes, time does matter. I think graduating, getting a job, and hopefully building some capital (and writing a business plan) first is infinitely smarter than just "Hey dad, cosign a 650k loan with me so I can run a bar lol". Where exactly is "out here"?

Best of luck, sir.
